Our association, OMDAC, have been organizing a youth festival since 1985.

Considering the main objectives of our festival :

-discovery of the different cultures,
-offer a space of discussion on the main problems of the
Caribbean societies,
The spirit of the festival is linked to the quality of the participants, their own preparation, their ability to take part in the manifestation without any complex.
The opening ceremony is of course the reflection of the progressive contacts and for this reason somewhere tense. the closing ceremony is traditionally very hot thanks to the progressive building of a common spirit during the duration of the festival.
The philosophy of our organization planned a period of common life in a simple environment in contact with nature and it is materialized by the camp of the 2nd part of the festival which aim is for the groups to live this time in a spirit of self organization for everyday things as a form of education and experience of collective life.
